beSTRONG Training is in the Tri-Cities!
And we are so excited to start exploring all the area has to offer with you! Once a month we will be checking out a new park or running route. We'd love for you to join us and best of all, most of the routes will be stroller friendly!
Each workout will:
- Start with a warmup and some strength work. A strong body = a strong pelvic floor and strength work is vital for aging well and supporting sport, movement and running.
- Walk/Hike/Jog/ Run - this will be slow - moderately paced and depend on the route.
