In order to help minimize wait times, we are continuing to use reserved time slot tickets for this years Bethlehem Live performances. We ask that you request tickets for the number of people attending and your preferred time slot. You can arrive anytime during your 20 minute time slot.
Example, The Smith family (John and Lisa) would like to attend with their 3 kids and the Grandma and Grandpa between 7:11 and 7:30pm Friday night. So you would request 7 tickets for the 7:11-7:30pm time slot.
The ideal maximum group is 12 people
We ask that you assemble your group prior to starting your journey should you arrive separately.
The one e-mail address provided will be used should we need to contact you.
If you have a small group, we may ask if you are ok to combine with another group for the walk.
Note:
This event takes place outside so please dress appropriately. You will be walking on pavement the entire time however there are some uneven portions. Wheelchairs, strollers and wagons will be fine.
Following the journey, you are invited inside for some light refreshments. Washrooms will be available before and after.
If you miss your assigned time slot, please just let us know. We will do what we can to fit you in.
Out of respect for others safety, we ask that if you or someone in your group is not feeling well, that you please refrain from attending.
