102 | MÉTAL : MIG Welding (beginners)
This course is designed for beginners with little or no practical experience in MIG welding.
*** Clothing and safety accessories are mandatory for this course ***
Theory
- Concepts of metalworking and electricity
- Notions of health and safety at work
- Operation of a welding machine
- Evaluation of the quality of a weld
- Some theoretical notions of assembly (introduction)
Practice
- Calibrate a welding machine
- Perform a weld bead
- Be able to make basic decisions in the shop regarding welding and assembly
After the training, the participant will be able to:
Welding with the MIG welding machine (first during supervised periods)
List of materials provided with registration:
All materials are provided for the training except for mandatory safety clothing and accessories (eye protection, hearing protection, covered shoes and tight fitting clothing)
