Rebecca is a Blackfoot woman from the Kainai Nation in Southern Alberta, who was raised with traditional Blackfoot teachings and upbringing. She has the background and knowledge to educate others about Blackfoot perspectives and worldviews. Her western academic accomplishments include a BA and Masters in Jurisprudence in Indigenous Law. Some of her recent projects include being a co-curator of the Nitsitapii Landscapes Exhibits 1,2 and 3 (available for viewing through the Galt Museum & Archives Online Exhibits), and co-author of Kottakinoona Awaahkapiiyaawa, Bringing Our Spirits Home - The Blood Tribe Addiction Framework.
