What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Block Heater will run snow or shine. The lineup is subject to change.

Where is Block Heater being held this year?

Block Heater 2025 returns with performances at The Royal Canadian Legion #1, Central United Church, & The Palace Theatre.

Are the events all-ages?

The Palace Theatre is NOT all ages. Those attending must be 18+ and will have to provide ID and participate in mandatory bag checks. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #1 and Central United Church are all-ages.

Do children under two years old require a ticket?

No ticket will be required for infants below two years, but they must be accommodated on the parent or guardian’s lap, as no seat will be allocated. Children over two require a seat and, therefore, a paid ticket.

Is there a dry venue (no bar services)?

Central United Church is a dry venue with no bar service, but will have a selection of non-alcoholic beverages (water, pop, etc.) for sale. You can also zip over to the Legion lounge to enjoy a mid-show beverage!

Which methods of payment are accepted at each venue?

The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #1 is a cash only venue, but door tickets will still be available for purchase by card (if the show hasn't yet sold out). The Palace Theatre and Central United Church take cash & card.
