Breaking Bad Habits

We all have habits we consider ‘bad’ or unhealthy, even destructive. We don’t actually want to engage in them, but do anyway, as if we are trapped. Buddha’s insights into the mind give us the tools to understand how and why we create compulsive patterns of behavior, and consequently how we can let go of them and create the meaningful and joyful life that we actually want.

Jan 5: Uprooting the psychology of addiction

Jan 12: Freedom from compulsion

Jan 19: Forgiving ourself & others

Jan 26: Overcoming our self-sabotaging tendencies
