About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Join us for Breathe for Charity, a heart-centered event combining the transformative power of somatic breathwork with the joy of giving back. This experience invites you to embark on a deeply restorative breathwork journey while supporting a meaningful cause.

We begin with an intention-setting practice, grounding participants in a shared purpose and creating a sacred space for healing and connection. Through conscious, connected breathing, you'll be guided to release stored emotions, energy, and tension, helping you reconnect with your body and access deeper layers of clarity, ease, and self-awareness.

The session concludes with an integration sharing circle, offering a safe and supportive space to process insights and anchor the experience into your daily life.

Whether you’re seeking emotional release, inner peace, or simply a moment of profound connection, Breathe for Charity offers a unique opportunity to nourish your soul while making a positive impact on the world. *Proceeds from this event will be donated to Food Banks Canada, amplifying the power of your breath to create meaningful change.

Come breathe with intention, connect with others, and make a difference—one breath at a time.

Part 1: Opening Circle: Begin this session with an opening circle and intention setting.

Part 2: Somatic Breath Journey: We move into a magically skillfully guided group somatic breathwork journey.

Part 3: Closing Group Integration: Here we connect for group integration and grounding for an experience like no other!

This is a sacred container of non-judgement and inclusion for healing and expansion.

Whether you are new to somatic breathwork or are an experienced breather, no previous experience is required to participate in this transformative practice.
