A little bit about Steph
Driven by a need for connection and clarity, Stephanie explored the world of breathwork. Through daily practice, she has harnessed the power of breath to self-regulate and push her physical limits, elevating her fitness performance as an athlete. As a Certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator and aspiring Certified Personal Trainer, Stephanie is dedicated to educating the community on the benefits of breathwork and how it can support athletic performance.
