Welcome to Breathwork & Sound Bath Meditation!

Come join us for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that combines the power of Breathwork and Sound Therapy.

What to expect from this event?

This experience will take place in a cozy, candlelit yoga room at Coloured Soul Yoga & Wellness. The journey will start with breathwork guided by our amazing guest, Mckenzie Piper, to prepare your mind and body for the different sound frequencies. Afterward, José will immerse you in the soothing sounds of Tibetan and Crystal Bowls, chimes, native drum, and other instruments, guiding you into a deeply relaxed state. You'll lie down on the floor, and your only job is to relax! :)

Why Sound Therapy and Breathwork together?

The combination of breathwork and sound therapy creates a powerful synergy for relaxation and healing. Breathwork helps calm the nervous system and increase oxygen flow, preparing the body to fully receive the benefits of sound therapy. The vibrations from the instruments then work in harmony with your relaxed state, potentially:

  • Improving sleep quality
  • Enhancing mental clarity and focus
  • Boosting mood and promoting overall well-being

The soft, deep vibrations of the singing bowls and other instruments stimulate brainwaves, helping to induce a meditative and peaceful state. This experience can leave you feeling as refreshed as after several hours of restful sleep.

What to bring

Please bring your yoga mat if you have one (we have spares, but not for everyone). We recommend bringing a pillow and any other items you think will make you more comfortable. Dress in comfortable clothing (avoid hoodies with zippers and shirts with buttons). We provide eye pillows and blankets, but feel free to bring your own.

Who is hosting this event?

This event is held by Health & Harmony, run by Jose Peralta, an MD (Argentina), Sound Therapist, and Naturopathic Medicine student. Breathwork will be guided by Mckenzie Piper, a Yoga teacher, Reiki master, and fellow Naturopathic Medicine student.

This is an excellent opportunity to unwind, de-stress, and reconnect with yourself. No prior experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore the potential benefits of breath and sound. Come immerse yourself in this unique and transformative experience!
