Meet our Speaker:

Sweta Rajan is the DEI manager at CultureAlly. Before CultureAlly, she was responsible for envisioning and implementing the DEI strategy at Ecojustice. Her 15+ years of professional career includes leading projects and teams as a scientist and expertise in internal and external training and development. In every role, she has taken the opportunity to identify and advocate for inclusive policies and practices. As a facilitator, she loves love creating interactive experiences, providing the space for people to reflect and take on new perspectives.
