Relationships are at the heart of our profession. When educators cultivate authentic, caring relationships and connections, they provide a foundation of trust and security, support emotional, social, and cognitive development and foster a sense of belonging for children and families. Participants will participate in reflective dialogue and will dive into the pedagogical approach of establishing positive, responsive relationships and explore techniques on how to connect with others and to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
