How do you take, serve, or receive Rapé?

1. Measure out the amount of Rapé you want to consume on your palm
2. Load up half amount from the nose end of your applicator
3. Take a deep breath, closed your throat
4. Place the end of your applicator into your mouth and fit the nose snugly into your nostril
5. Forcibly blow the Rapé into your nostril
6. Take a moment to experience it
7. When you are ready, take the rest of Rapé into your opposite nostril
8. Meditate and let the medicine guild you
