Please bring your own ~ yoga mat ~ small blanket & pillow/cushion ~ mug ~ water bottle ~ journal + pen ~ & open heart
Before the ceremony, we recommend that you do not drink coffee or eat a heavy meal. This is so that the cacao can be quickly and easily absorbed enabling you to go deeper into your journey.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your space. Thank you in advance for arriving on time.
