Mantra Meditation calms the mind, relieves stress and anxiety, and enables one to experience true happiness. Together we will practice three easy and enjoyable methods of mantra meditation using breath, beads, and music. This ancient form of meditation is a potent tool that paves the way for genuine, inner spiritual fulfillment.

In our classes, learn 3 forms of meditation focusing on transcendental sounds known as mantras that you will be able to practice on your own or with others.
