Person-Centred Approaches training is recommended for everyone involved in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and others who use long term services and supports. Participants will develop skills in person-centered thinking through a series of remote discussions, applied stories, and guided exercises.
This remote version of Person-Centred Approaches Training will be instructor-led and interactive, using Zoom videoconferencing. The course includes five (5) 3-hour modules to be held from 12:30-3:30 EST on May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, 2025. Participants must attend all sessions to receive a certificate of completion.

Describe the benefits of person-centred planning and one-page profiles.
Practice person-centred thinking skills with a partner to create your own one-page profile for work.
Apply person-centred thinking practices to make a positive difference in people's lives.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Mental Health, Aging, Healthcare, and Intellectual/Developmental Disability professionals and others interested in the practical application of person-centred thinking skills.
The cost is $175 per person.
CERTIFICATE: To receive a certificate of attendance, participants must attend all five online sessions of Person-Centred Approaches Training.
