Workshops
Dehydrating Your Harvest: When you’ve oodles of tomatoes or zucchini and are running out of recipes to use the bounty of your harvest, consider dehydrating. We’ll discuss the best methods for dehydrating your produce or herbs, how to prevent mould growth, and whether a dehydrator is necessary at all.
Beekeeping and Honey Harvest: Learn about the bees at the Farm, how they pollinate plants for a plentiful harvest, and all about honey production.
Nonna’s Tomato Sauce-Making Workshop: You’ll learn how to turn Roma tomatoes into a rich and delicious sauce. You'll also receive tips on what makes them taste so great, as well as techniques for removing excess water. And we’ll show you how to use the power of tools to remove the skin and seeds.
Lunch: Enjoy a free pasta and freshly made tomato sauce lunch, accompanied by salad and dessert.
