ABOUT CEREMONIAL CACAO

Ceremonial Cacao is a special form of cacao that is traditionally used in spiritual and ceremonial practices, particularly in Mesoamerican cultures such as the Maya and Aztec. Unlike the processed cocoa used in everyday chocolate, ceremonial cacao is minimally processed, often made from heirloom cacao beans, and prepared with intention and reverence.

ABOUT SOUND BATH

Sound Bath is a beautiful experience of listening to sounds of crystal bowls. As the healing tones of 432Hz tones wash over you, they promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and bring about a state of inner harmony and balance. The class provides a peaceful and safe environment, perfect for unwinding and enhancing your well-being.

Suitable for all levels, this class offers a serene environment to connect with your inner self, and cultivate a sense of harmony and balance.
