Come take part in a free tree planting event at Chancellor District Park!
The species planted will consist of pollinator plants and trees. Pollinator plants are critical in the functioning of ecosystems. They provide food, form habitats and provide a wide range of other resources for many animal species.
A safety demo will be conducted before planting begins, so please arrive on time. Shovels will be provided.
The event is family friendly and there will be activities on hand for children.
This project is generously funded by a grant from TD Friends of the Environment Foundation.
