Digital Entry Pass Policy
This is an open-format crawl. You must start at the first venue to check in with your Digital Entry Pass. Once you've checked in at the first venue, you can visit and show your digital pass to any participating venues labeled as “Middle Stops” (Optional Venues) at your convenience between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM or stay at the starting venue. After 11:30 PM, all participants will meet at the final venue to celebrate at the final party location!
Please remember that you need to check in with your Digital Entry Pass at the first stop, as it is required for entry for all venues.
This club crawl is a walking bar crawl—all venues are within walking distance of each other. Please plan accordingly for transportation and your walking schedule.
Digital Entry Passes can be used to gain access to any of the participating bars or nightclubs by showing them to the door staff.

- Check In At The First Stop On Time: Have your Digital Entry Pass(es) ready during the designated time at the scheduled venues before 10:30PM. Latecomers won’t be accommodated – no Digital Entry Pass, no entry.
- Note Club Schedule: Each venue's scheduled times are listed in the "DIGITAL BAR LIST." Digital Entry Passes (for entry) and any applicable drink specials apply only during these times.
- Day-Of Check: Review the "DIGITAL CRAWL MAP" on the event morning for any last-minute details or venue changes.

- Age Requirement: You must be 21+ years of age with a valid government-issued ID to participate in this event. No exceptions.
- Digital Entry Pass: Your Digital Entry Pass is your key to entry. You must present your Pass or QR code at check-in to qualify for drink specials and entry. Digital Entry Passes must be on your device worn at all times to access participating bars and venues. No Digital Entry Pass, no entry.
- Ticket Policy: All sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. In case of event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a refund (excluding fees) will be automatically issued. Event lineup, venues, and specials are subject to change without notice.
- Responsible Drinking: Please drink responsibly. We promote a safe, fun environment, but remember, no one should drink and drive. Use designated drivers or rideshare services. Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any attendee based on intoxication or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry for any of these reasons.
- Capacity and Late Entry: Some venues may hit capacity during the event. If a venue reaches capacity or you arrive late, you may have to wait in line to gain entry. There is no guarantee of immediate access or entry to any specific venue once capacity is reached, and no refunds will be provided due to waiting times or access issues.
- Respect & Conduct: Treat others and the event venues with respect. Disorderly conduct, inappropriate behaviour, or damage to the venues will result in removal from the event without a refund. The participating bars reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour at any time.
- Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket and participating in the crawl, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk. Events Per Se, its affiliates, venues, staff, and organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, death, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
- Event Changes: Bars and venues may change, but the event will continue rain or shine. Be sure to check your email for any last-minute updates.

A bar crawl is similar to a bar crawl, with the same concept of hopping between different bars or pubs throughout the event.
Yes, you must check-in or go to the participating venues during the designated times with your Digital Entry Pass.

The Digital Crawl Map is a digital map with all participating bars and their specials. A link will be emailed to you a few days before the event, so be sure to keep your eye out for an e-mail from us (via eventbrite), so you get the itinerary.
We suggest wearing a classy but festive and comfortable/warm clothing you’ll be walking from venue to venue. Dressy shoes and upscale attire is the dress code. No sportswear or streetwear. All venues reserve the right to deny entry if you're underdressed.
Yes, participants must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID to attend. Screenshots or photocopies will not be accepted under any circumstances. No refunds will be provided if you forget to bring your government-issued ID.
Bring your ticket (printed or on your phone), a physical copy of government issued ID (no copies or screenshots), and cash or card for drinks and tips. We highly suggest bringing cash for drinks to ensure you are able to easily purchase drinks.

Some venues may have lines depending on legal capacity, but your digital entry pass will allow you entry to all participating bars assuming you get there early enough. Participating venues reserve the right to deny entry once legal capacity is hit for safety reasons.
