Let us wrap up the year in style!
Your local YVR Community groups are coming together to put on the ultimate year end dinner party. Your host Conrad has secured an awesome place near Gilmore Station with an amazing amenities room, karaoke room and heated rooftop pool!
How to RSVP:
As we need to know how much food to get, we need everyone to confirm their RSVP to help chip in for food costs.
Price:
- Early bird = $20
- Normal bird = $25
- Door bird = $30
Schedule:
-6PM - Doors open, registration & mingling
-630PM - Opening, announcements and dinner
-8PM - Karaoke room, roof top hot tub pool and games room open
-10PM - Wrap up

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be given for this event if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. However your ticket is fully transferable. Meaning that if you are free to resell your ticket if you learn that you can no longer attend this event.
