Yes, we have complimentary water available for all attendees.
Bring a yoga mat if you prefer to have your own, I have a few. Also any props you like for your practice, I have blocks. Comfortable clothing and a towel are also recommended.
Nina Soyfer (also known as Dr. Nina Soyfer PhD) is a yoga teacher, musician, and healer who has transformed her life and health through a unique blend of yoga, meditation, and movement practices. Nina overcame her own struggles with extra weight, limited flexibility, and fatigue, using her expertise
This seminar will guide you through a unique, holistic yoga and movement experience, blending techniques that Nina has used to help clients gain physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. You can expect to: Increase your physical flexibility and strength Improve mental clarity and calmness
