What are the food options for lunch?

We will have lunch catered for this event including choices for gluten free, vegan, etc. Please contact us at kerryr@ualberta.ca if you have dietary requirements that we may need to consider.

Can I bring others?

We expect to sell out our venue so please bring only as many as you have tickets for.

What transportation options are available to the site?

Parking at the U of A is usually available at Jubilee and the Timms Center for a fee (15 - 19$/day). The LRT runs to within a block of the event. Bus service is good from Edmonton, Sherwood Park and St. Alberta. Traffic is heavy at rush hour so please take this into consideration.

What do I need to bring?

Nothing is needed, you can bring electronic devices such as laptops and tablets, but be advised that charging places may be limited.

What is included in the price for registration?

A full day of speakers, workshops and sharing sessions. Three keynote presentations, and a choice of two workshops. Coffee, tea and beverages, snack and lunch are provided. GST is included in price. Does not include parking.
