No matter where you are in your health journey, WithinBreath caters to your comfort and ability; we will support and supliment all directions and modalities of healing and transformation.

WithinBreath is a gentle, meditative practice that sequesnces rhythmic breathing with breath retention (holds). It is delivered through caring instruction and music to take you on a nourishing, internal journey that supports physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Will it be cold?

Yes it sure will be! That's part of the excitement, and healing, and we'll all be cold together!

What should I bring?

Swimwear, beach footwear, towel, blanket, yoga mat / meditation cushion, water bottle, warm clothes for after the dip. If you like to journal after these kinds of experiences, we encourage you to bring yours along!

I've never meditated before, is that ok?

Absolutely! This is a gentle practice, and we'll help you every step of the way.

What if I want to do the breathwork meditation, but not the cold dip?

This is entirely your experience, and you should engage in only those parts that you feel comfortable doing. That said, we highly recommend that you join us in the dip. This step will help to transform your nervous system quickly, preparing you for an even deeper breathwork experience!
