As we celebrate 35 years of service and reflect on our shared journey since opening in1989, we invite you – our supporters, our community, and our partners – to 'get to know us all over again'. We are excited to embark on the next chapter with a renewed purpose, clear ambition, and a new strategic plan created to guide us on our journey toward another 35 years of navigating complexities, creating change - together.

Where can I park?

Paid street and surface lot parking are available adjacent to CUPS. Please note any parking restrictions and fees to avoid being ticketed and/or towed.

Which entrance should I use?

Please make your way to the staff entrance on 9th Street SW, as marked on the map. Ring the bell, and someone from our team will come to meet you. If you accidentally try to enter through the client entrance, our friendly greeter will redirect you.

What happens if my plans change?

If you are delayed, cannot attend, or need assistance finding us, please call 587-583-6851.

Will there be clients in the building?

Depending on the time of day, we may be sharing spaces with clients as we move throughout the building. We will do our best not to disrupt client services, and we ask that you respect their privacy.
