How We're Celebrating

1-Hour Yoga Class with Joanna Berringer
9:00-10:00am: Kick things off with an hour-long yoga class led by lululemon Whistler Ambassador, Joanna Berringer. This isn’t your typical yoga session—expect laughter, lightness, and a whole lot of PLAY! Joanna will guide you through movements that invite you to have fun, be silly, and embrace joy.

🌊 Cold Plunge & Connection
10:00-10:30am: After yoga, get ready for an invigorating cold dip off the dock at Nita Lake! Cold therapy has been proven to reduce inflammation, improve immune response and stress management, accelerate metabolism, and enhance mood with a 250% increase in dopamine (the "feel-good" hormone)! Towels and changerooms will be provided—just remember your cozy clothes for after the plunge! Stay to warm up and connect over coffee/tea and some light snacks afterwards.

This event is all about taking time to nurture your mental health in playful, restorative ways. Bring your playful spirit, and let’s celebrate together!
