According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, play can significantly reduce stress and lead to improved mood and better stress management. So on October 10, we're setting up some play dates.

Join us at lululemon-baybrook mall for moments of fun, connection, and play you won't find anywhere else

What: We'll have a rock, paper, scissor tournament, hula hoop contest, a scavenger hunt, and more!
