What to expect with a sound journey?
Sound can transport us into altered states of consciousness.Sound medicine practises such as chance, mantras, songs, and musical instruments are used to restore the vibratory frequencies of the body and mind.
Sound therapy uses audible vibrations to bring the body back into harmony, back to prime resonance, restoring our health. Every organ, every bone and every cell in our body has a resonant frequency; our bodies are an orchestra of composite frequencies when in tune, there is harmony of our organs, bones, and each cell - prime resonance.
What to bring to a sound bath?
