Drumming Circle is also a wonderful stress release opportunity.Drum Circles offer: ~ A Sense of Belonging ~ Social &amp; Cultural Change ~ Mental &amp; Physical Health (from Circles of Rhythm website)We follow Integrated Community Drum Circle (ICDC) philosophy and our Facilitators are trained by <a href="https://www.circlesofrhythm.com" title="https://www.circlesofrhythm.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Circles of Rhythm</a> who hold their own Circle in Calgary every Friday night!No experience needed at all - you will enjoy this if you have never touched a musical instrument before in your Life!Drums are provided, or bring your own. We also have a variety of other fun percussion instruments on offer to "spice-up" the Circle.Everyone is welcome! All voices matter in a Community Drumming Circle. Bring your own!
