Connections in Motion - A Speed Networking Experience
This event aims to provide an opportunity for dental offices and USask Dentistry Alumni within the dental community to interact with our soon-to-be graduating students from the USask, Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Dental Therapy (DT), and Dental Assistant (DA) programs. This marks an exciting time for our class of 2025, as they prepare to enter the workforce; and what an opportunity it is for our colleagues interested in hiring and/or networking with our graduating class in a unique speed-dating format.
Additionally, it serves as a valuable opportunity for you, our colleagues, to help graduating students through meaningful conversations, connections, and intentional networking opportunities.
By securing a networking table during the scheduled rounds, this event will provide you with an immserive experience that guarantees you have engaging conversations with the graduating students. We have limited capacity and only 20 networking tables are available.
Join us for this innovative event at Audi Saskatoon!
Networking Table Registration: $150/ per table + GST. After reserving your spot through Eventbrite, you will recieve an invoice from the college. Proceeds will go towards the College of Dentisty Infrastructure Fund to be used for clinic renovations.
Event Format:
Dress: Business Casual
The venue will be divided into two areas:
Area 1 – Speed Networking Area
Area 2 – Cocktail Area
The Speed Networking Area: this space will be set with cocktail tables for dental offices to meet and greet and get to know each of our students. Students will rotate through each table, spending approximately 4 mins at each. Time will be monitored.
The Cocktail Area: This space is designated for casual interaction between you and our graduates.
Format:
6:00PM – 6:30PM: Welcome and Registration with opening remarks from the Dean
6:30PM - 9:00PM: Speed Networking Sessions
9:00PM – Event concludes
