Where should I stay during the convening?

There are many options for your stay in Montreal during the Convening. We recommend finding a hotel in the Outremont, Quartier des Spectacles, Centre-ville, or other nearby neighbourhoods with easy access to the Rialto Theatre by public transit.

Will the venue be accessible?

The Rialto Theatre is not fully accessible but all plenaries, meals, and the majority of spaces to be used are accessible. We are committed to ensuring that all attendees can participate comfortably. The event will be in both French & English, with translation services. Bilingual staff and volunteers will be available throughout the convening to support.

Virtual attendance is not available for Convening 2024 as we are hoping to support in-person connection, networking, and collaboration. We will share highlights and learnings from the convening on FSC’s media platforms, we hope you can join us in Montreal!
