Come join us for an afternoon of intentional conversation at The Yurt KW, 508 Duke St W in Kitchener.

The holidays can bring any variety of celebrations and challenges related to communication and connecting with others. Sometimes we need a nourishing break, sometimes we need mindful practice.

This event is your time to engage in thoughtful, exploratory discussions with open-minded individuals. From the meaning of life to the secrets of the cosmos, we'll explore it all together. We are each a version of the Universe in human form, let's see what curiosities and wisdom arise from a purposeful exchange!

You will leave this event feeling connected and inspired, and surprised at how easy it can be to have such meaningful interactions.

Your Hosts: Sara Kuz & Sylvie Béliveau

Sara likes to help people who have difficulty finding their flow in life. She provides self-reflective questions, perspective, and tools that help people face their challenges and return to alignment. Through her work, and encouraging self-compassion, clients can find peace in the now, and the expansion they need to create meaningful change in their lives.

Sylvie works with individuals and groups looking to expand their self-awareness and communication skills so they can better align with their goals and desires. With her training in Circling, she encourages more authentic conversations, enabling her clients to connect more deeply with themselves and their circumstances.

Housekeeping Details:

The Yurt is a relaxed space, so please wear whatever keeps you comfortable.

Seating is on the floor. There are yoga props available, you are also welcome to bring whatever props will support your comfort.

It is also an enclosed outdoor space -- there is a wood oven that keeps the space quite toasty in the winter months, washrooms are a short walk away in the home on the property.

Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person, or saved as credit for a future event.
