Kinga Petrovai, President of the Harvard Club of Ottawa, will demonstrate how to decorate a traditional Hungarian Christmas cookie. The recipe for her grandmother’s Hungarian Honey Cookie is attached in the email, and the royal icing ingredients are given below. If you wish to follow along, please have cookies (gingerbread or shortbread also works well) and royal icing ingredients ready. Please bring along your favourite cookie decorating ideas to share.
