Our Spring Theme: HOW TO MAKE DINNER will transform the way you cook at home. Each session focuses on a key concept, ingredient, or technique—designed to make cooking fun, stress-free, and inspiring. Whether you join for a single class or the full series, you’ll walk away with new skills, delicious recipes, and a fresh approach to home cooking.

Getting Here:

By public transit (recommended): Take the Bloor (Green) Subway line to Ossington Station. From Ossington station, it is a 5-minute walk to Roof Garden. By Uber, Lyft or taxi (second best): Set your destination to 43 Northumberland St. (our neighbor) and walk down the laneway beside the house.

What Should I Bring?

We’ll have you set up for culinary success but, If you have a favourite apron or anything else you like to cook with, please bring it with you!

What Should I Wear?

Please wear comfortable shoes and comfortable clothes. We’ll be standing for a portion of the class!

Will There Be Wine?!

Yes, I will have a selection of beverages that we can sip on throughout the night, and a nicely paired wine to enjoy the fruits of our labour afterwards!

What’s In The Goody-Bag?!

There will be thoughtfully curated items to take home with you at the end of each class. (FUN!)
