Warm-Up: Gentle stretches and breathing exercises to set the mood

Yoga Asanas: A mix of individual and partner poses for balance, coordination and connection

Relaxing Meditation: A guided session to deepen relaxation and mindfulness .
Set to rhythmic music, this session is perfect for all experience levels - no prior yoga experience needed!
