The Dare To Be Vulnerable Project is breaking silence, busting stigma, removing shame, and saving lives by sharing our mental health stories. By rising up and speaking out we give others who are struggling in silence permission to reach out and have a conversation with someone they trust. Everyone has a mental health and we believe everyone has a mental health story that has the power to save a life.
