You will prepare your own dough using the laminating technique, learn to cut & shape Croissants & Pain au Chocolat Suisse
While dough is resting, Chef Sue will demonstrate some trending croissant styles

Traditional French Croissant: A buttery, flaky layered pastry
Pain Au Chocolat Suisse: Classic croissant dough rolled filled with a luscious Vanilla Cream & Milk Chocolate Chips
Pistachio Croissant: A traditional Croissant fille with Pistachio Cream & topped with Pistachios
Served with a cup of Parisian style Hot Chocolate
Please bring a rolling pin, apron & a box for croissants
$109+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
