What do I need to bring?

Bring a yoga mat and/or pillow, water and a notebook and pen! We will be sitting on the floor so bring whatever you need to keep yourself comfortable.

Will everyone get live coaching?

We can't guarantee that everyone will get the opportunity to ask a question and be coached live, but this is a fairly intimate event so your chances are high!

Where do I park?

Yoga Passage is located on 11 ave downtown Calgary. There is a parking lot right beside the building, street parking, or lot #465 between 2nd and 4th street.
