About this event

  • Event lasts 35 days 1 hour

Start the New Year with positivity! The practice of meditation enables us to transform our mind into a positive state. By transforming our mind in this way, we can improve every aspect of our life, as our experience of the world depends entirely on our mind.

Meditation empowers us to cultivate an inner space of clarity and happiness, gain control over negative emotions, and become more positive, confident, and resilient. Through its power, we can create a life we truly enjoy and love.

These classes include two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic. After each class, there is time for Q&A.

Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required. You can book online or register in person on the day of the class.

You do not need to bring anything with you, and the meditation is conducted on chairs (though you are welcome to bring a cushion if you prefer).

The classes are held in the peaceful, friendly, and comfortable surroundings of the First Christian Reformed Church.
