About this event

Join Christina Chiavaroli or this 4-week series, as she gently guides you through the process of art exploration using watercolour techniques. Classes will introduce the mindful art practice of neurographic art. No artistic experience is required, and all supplies will be provided.

Mindful art is a fun and safe, non-judgemental space to create while focusing on the here and now. Mindful art is about the process and art exploration, and less about the product.

Benefits of mindful art include an increase in focus and attention, as well as increased working memory and problem-solving skills. Mindful art may reduce anxiety, worries, stress, improve sleep and relaxation.
