Can I get a refund?

Full refunds are offered up to and on October 26, 2024. No refunds are offered on or after October 27, 2024.

Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?

You can transfer your ticket to someone else at any time, simply log in to your Eventbrite account and update the name. Alternatively, email jon@pharmabrands.ca.

Do you offer discounts?

You can make a group booking by simply adding all the people you'd like to attend in to the Eventbrite ticket, the discount will automatically be applied.

Does the venue have parking?
