Pozole Verde de Mariscos - a seafood-based green pozole with hominy. The origin of pozole dates back to the pre-Hispanic civilizations of Mexico. The name "pozole", is derived from words referring to how the corn that cooks until it bursts.
Pescado a la Veracruzana - Fish simmered in a tomato, olive, and caper sauce, this is a classic fish dish from Veracruz, Mexico It combines ingredients and cooking methods from Spain, as well as pre-colonial Mexico.
Carlota de Limón - a no-bake lime pie with Maria cookies. Sometimes known simply as Carlota or Charlotte, is a dessert of European origin that has become popular in many parts of the world, including Mexico and other Latin American countries.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
