Habanero and pineapple slaw - firey habanero peppers are balanced with sweet pineapple in this refreshing salad.
Salsa Verde – a spicy, green sauce in Mexican cuisine based on tomatillo and green chili peppers which dates to the Aztec Empire.
Empanadas de cajeta - the ultimate indulgence; creamy Mexican caramel surrounded by golden brown, flaky empanada dough

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
