About this event

This 75-minute workshop addresses themes from the solo Habiter sa mémoire, offering improvisation-based exercises where participants are guided through layers of memories already inhabiting their bodies.
Using daily gestures, postures and movements, we explore how these can become more dynamic and deployed over time, all the while anchoring our dance in the present moment.

All participants are invited to wear comfortable dance attire, in socks or with bare feet. Please bring comfortable running shoes, as an option.
