At icebreaker, we lead a movement towards a more natural way of living, by taking unnecessary plastic out of performance apparel.
To help our customers extend the life of their favorite icebreaker clothing, we are offering a free repair service on October 19th, 2024.
To sign up for an appointment please purchase a ticket during an open timeslot. Then bring in your favorite icebreaker item and get it repaired on the spot.
All appointments are filled? Please reach out to the store regarding a waitlist.
Nothing to repair? Join us in-store and shop our fall collection. Spend at least $50 in-store on 10/19/24 and receive an icebreaker branded tote bag.

Event Reminders:
- Please be on time for your appointment.
- Only 1 timeslot per customer. Mulitple appointments will be cancelled.
- Only icebreaker clothing will be accepted for repairs.
- Only 1 piece of clothing per appointment. Tailors will prioritize time to one area of repair.
- You must wait for your clothing to be repaired. We will not hold product for pick up later.
- Make sure clothing is clean.
- Repairs of zippers cannot be accomadated.

Unfortunately, due to event volume, we will only be offering repairs for those with an appointment. No walk-ins will be serviced.
The repair service should take about 20 minutes! Please wait in the store for your repair and shop our new spring collection.
Due to volume, only 1 item can be repaired during your appointment. If you need more repairs, please visit the Love your Tailor site and get a free quote!
Only icebreaker clothing will be accepted for repairs.
Please only sign up for one time slot. We hope to serve as many customers as possible!
