Join us for an exclusive 6 course dining adventure - paired with handcrafted whiskey cocktails - hosted in our Chef's Kitchen. The evening is inspired by the legendary explorer David Thompson, a British-Canadian fur trader, surveyor, and cartographer. Known as one of the greatest land geographers, he mapped over 3.9 million square kilometers of North America, including extensive areas of Canada and the northern United States. Thompson's detailed maps were crucial for the fur trade and later for settlers.
