Welcome to the first event of the 2024 DCI Education Series!
Join us for an exciting session on Collaborative Construction Contracts: Success Stories and Practical Insights. This in-person event will be held at Cineplex Dartmouth Crossing. Get ready to learn from industry experts and gain valuable knowledge that can help you navigate and succeed in your design and construction projects.
The session will include local case studies, lessons learned, and insight from both project owners and project delivery teams as our industry explores these new approaches to project delivery.

For those who may be new to the subject, an overview of various contract delivery methods will be provided by Vivek Tomar (Pomerleau) to kickstart the day. We will also receive some CCDC updates from Brendan Nobes (CCDC Representative/ Director of Major Projects, rcs Construction).
The session will culminate with a panel discussion where the presentation speakers will be joined by Peter Riley (Director of Estimating, Lindsay Construction), and moderated by Melanie McGrath (General Councel for CBCL).
