Get in touch with your artistic side with our Design a Mug Workshop! Join us at 207 W Hastings St for a fun and creative event where you'll learn how to apply underglaze to create your own unique mug. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned artist, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to unleash their creativity and have a good time.

In our 2.5 hour small group workshop you will learn unglaze ceramic techniques to design and create your own unique mug design. You will gain an understanding of how underglaze is applied and a variety of techniques to do so.

You will be provided with one bisque fired mug (12 oz) made by ceramics teacher Kathy Szuba. All underglazes, brushes and tools are included.

On completion of the workshop, Kathy will clear glaze and fire your mug. Mugs will be available for collection at the Gastown studio or from Studio Eighteen in Surrey, BC approximately 2-3 weeks after the workshop.
