About this event

The 3rd Annual Diversity in Sports Conference, presented by the Inclusion in Canadian Sports Network (ICSN), will be held from May 2nd to 4th 2025. This conference is designed for individuals working in amateur sports, including administrators, leaders, coaches, and officials. Attendees represent diverse sectors such as college and university recreation and athletics departments, high schools, national and provincial sports organizations, and grassroots community programs.

The conference also features the Emerging BIPOC Leaders program, a dedicated stream for individuals aged 18 to 26 who identify as Black, Indigenous, or Person of Colour. This program provides a unique opportunity for emerging leaders to connect with industry professionals, gain valuable skills, and contribute to creating a more inclusive and equitable amateur sports system.

The Emerging BIPOC Leaders program will take place from May 3rd to 4th.

Sports Administrators, Coaches, Officials and Academics will attend from May 2nd to 4th.

Will food and beverages be provided?

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for the conference dates. Participants are responsible for their own dinner on Friday, May 2nd and Sunday, May 4th. Participants are invited to join us for a networking social and dinner offsite, presented by VisitMississauga on Saturday, May 3rd.
