Our expert career counsellors are here to provide personalised advice and tools to help you achieve your professional goals. Whether you’re just starting your job search, considering a career change, or needing help polishing your résumé, this drop-in service is for you!


What We Offer:

  • Resume and Cover Letter Assistance: Learn how to create professional, impactful documents that showcase your skills.

🏢 Location: Springboard Services office (3195 Sheppard Avenue East Unit 105). To access the venue, please go towards the back parking lot where you will find the entrance. Ring the doorbell, and our staff will be available to welcome you and provide access to the building.

Participant Criteria:

To access Springboard Employment Services, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Residency: Reside in Ontario, ideally in the Toronto area.
  • Legal Status: Open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, convention refugees, and refugee claimants.
  • SIN Number: A valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) is required.
  • Employment Status: Be unemployed or underemployed.
  • Commitment: Actively seeking employment or career advancement and willing to participate in counseling or training programs.
