What do I need to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat or towel and a firm pillow. I also recommend bringing a blanket to enhance your comfort and overall relaxation. Bring a notepad and pen if you would like to journal. Yoga mats are available by reservation. Please contact me to book one.
What is restorative yoga and how is it different from other types of yoga?
In restorative yoga, poses are held in a restful position for 5-10 minutes. The poses are designed to allow the body to deeply relax. The practice can be an emotional one, as the facia opens up, feelings that we’ve held in our body come up too.
